I've had my CNC Shark about two weeks. I never thought I would be making Christmas gift for the 2014 holiday. Below is some of the items that I have made.
I finally was able to purchase a CNC Shark. It was a demo at the Cincinnati Rockler store. Within 2 1/2 hours of arriving home, I was up and cutting this project in this video. Look for more videos in the near future. I have a lot to learn.
I'm very pleased to announce that we have partnered with Exotic Blanks to sell our metal flake blanks. Ed and Dawn @ Exotic Blanks are super people to work with and provide quality services and products to the pen turning crafters. Our blanks will be listed soon on their website. Check back in a few days for a direct link. For now, here is the link to their site.
Finally completed a long over due kitchen cabinet project. A few months ago I built new door for our old birch cabinets. As you can see to the right, we had painted them green a few years ago. I used my Kreg Jig to build simple pine rails and MDF center doors. I think they turned out great. Over the July 4th weekend, Bonnie and I completed the upgrade of the kitchen with paint and a new theme.

I want to thank all those who emailed me when my dog died.
It is a very sad day in the Koehler house today. This morning we found Lucy, our 9 1/2 year basset dead in the back yard. She was a full blooded basset which has always had health issues. We aren't sure what happened but we let her out in the middle of the night to come back in the doggy door on the back porch. We have a fenced back yard. It looked like she had just went to sleep. This has been a very hard day for Bonnie and I. We know she is in a better place and not in pain. We will miss you so bad.
If some of the photos are blurry, it is because Lucy is scared of camera and would run when you pointed one at her. I'm amazed that I found as many photos as I did.
Built with cedar and my Kreg Jig over the last few nights. Getting ready to transplant my grandfathers climbing rose to the base of this trellis.
I'm a beginning woodworker playing with simple projects I can complete quickly.
